Our work process explained

Step 1

We meet and discuss what you want to achieve with that particular space in your home.

Step 2

Time to design! We translate your wants and needs into actual, functional design. Once the design is approved, we get our hands busy!

Step 3

While working, we keep you updated on progress. Please note that due to the nature of the materials, the delivery of the final product may take up to 8-10 weeks.

Step 4

The finished product is ready to be delivered! Our white-glove delivery teams* install it in your home and give you instructions on proper care. 

*Please note Custom Works can only offer white-glove delivery services within a limited mile range.
