Meet Stefan and Bojana, founders of Custom Works.
For the Serbian-Macedonian couple, Custom Works is the way to fuse their Balkan roots with their modern Chicago way of life.
Stefan’s woodworking skills and a degree in Environmental Sustainability pair perfectly with Bojana’s love for interior design, giving them both the determination to start telling the Custom Works story to the world.

In a small town in Southern Serbia, Stefan spent most of his childhood working alongside his Dedo Stojan in a carpentry workshop.
What began as a way to spend school holidays quickly led Stefan to discover his real passion: using his hands to create wooden masterpieces that live beyond time.
Bojana
Co-founder & Head of operations
Custom Works
Bojana, with a fine eye for detail and obsession with all things interior design, has always dreamed of putting her skills to work.
With a background in project management and operations, she’s the person that keeps projects on track and makes sure every client’s vision is brought to life.
